  • Evaluating new business development opportunities, including analyzing potential markets, assessing client needs, and identifying competitors
  • Developing a plan for growth that includes goals, strategies, and tactics for increasing market share in existing markets or creating new ones
  • Developing and implementing new products or services that meet customer needs, such as new software applications or mobile apps
  • Creating and implementing strategies to acquire new customers or increase sales to existing customers
  • Developing strategies to improve employee productivity or satisfaction, including implementing employee training programs or improving workplace culture
  • Researching new technologies that could have an impact on the company’s industry or business model
  • Analyzing the company’s financial performance against its competitors
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans for the company’s future growth or restructuring to help it meet its goals
  • Brainstorming with other executives to develop innovative solutions to problems within the company
  • Drive growth, expansion and retention across Infomatics’ markets to ensure strong sales growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and cross functional teams to define value propositions and messaging to communicate the vision of the organization and the value of our products and services
  • Craft product marketing messages and unique selling points that set our products and services apart from others
  • Provide input into internal organic growth initiatives as well as influencing and supporting the organization’s acquisition strategy.
  • Create, identify, and implement new and unique ways to partner with clients and prospects driving top line growth.
  • Set and achieve ambitious business growth targets through new business and current accounts
  • Steer marketing development, product development and sales analytics and financial planning, to gain insight and actively use data to drive new business growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to build compelling propositions ensure customer satisfaction through the cross selling of our products and services
  • Institute sales and revenue generation processes that enable predictable, repeatable, and scalable market expansion going forward
  • Actively be involved in increasing our brand visibility and positioning
  • Develop a top tier sales culture with our country managers and build an outcome-driven, disciplined sales environment focused on clients, quality, and growth
  • Act with an inclusive mindset and model these behaviors for the organization as continue to build our culture
  • lead the maturation and execution of the corporate growth, business development and sales to federal agencies and commercial clients
  • Formulate the long-term corporate growth strategy in collaboration with executive leadership
  • Direct and coordinate all Sales and new Business Growth with hands-on engagement throughout all business development life cycle milestones
  • Oversee capture, teaming, partnership arrangements, competitive analysis, price to win, bids and proposals
  • Build, develop and manage the business development team capable of realizing new business bookings and leveraging IDIQs
  • Communicate the value proposition through technology centric mission solutions presentations and proposals
  • Manage outward Client facing relationships and grow client portfolio
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience with results-oriented approach
  • spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes to include capture management, marketing campaigns and business development activities
  •  Perform market research to qualify strategic business opportunities, including analysis of customer budget, capabilities required, current customer preferences, competitive environment assessments, and incumbent strengths and weaknesses
  •  Coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices
  •   Participate in business planning activities, to include periodic pipeline reviews, operating plan development, opportunity gate reviews, black hat sessions, win theme and discriminator workshops, and proposal reviews
  •   Build and sustain a sales pipeline
  •   Leverage and build relationships with partners to perform capture management activities in various accounts and define/implement the process to break into new areas of growth
  • Provide clear guidance to the staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the company's business plan and overall strategic vision
  •   Drive company results from both a business development and financial perspective working closely with management
  •   Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability
  •   Mentor and hold business development team accountable for growth goals
  •  Establish compensation models to reward success in growth and customer satisfaction
  •  Help develop and maintain corporate capabilities and marketing materials to be used across the company and ensure materials are readily available via SharePoint
  •   Support the development of proposal’s materials and work closely with the team to ensure successful final delivery of bid and transition to delivery
